West Slope Water District bills monthly on the third Wednesday of each month.  The bill is due on the 10th of the following month.  Monthly charges consist of a fixed monthly service charge based on meter size and a consumption charge based on actual water used.

Past Due Accounts:

First Notice:  A yellow door hanger notice is hung on the door of any service address whose account becomes more than 30 days past due (approximately 50 days old). The District charges a $15 fee for this posting.  Water will be shut-off within 48 hours from posting of the door hanger for nonpayment if no communication from the customer is received by the District.

Second Notice:  An orange door hanger notice is hung on the door of  any service address whose account has been shut off for nonpayment. The District charges an additional $100 for a shut-off visit.
